How do I buy a bike?
There are two ways to buy a SB bicycle:
1) order online and pay through our website
2) order offline and pay in our physical store
How can I pay online?
Via our website you can use the following 100 % secure and authenticated payment methods:

Is buying online safe?
Our website uses 100 % authenticated and official payment gateways.
These payment gateways ensure that you can make your purchases in a secure environment. Payment gateways act as an intermediary between the transactions effected on our website and the ‘payment processor’ and allow us, as an online shop, to charge your credit/debit card for any goods you buy from us online.
The payment processor is the financial institution working in the background to provide all the payment processing services we, as online retailers, use. This payment processor connects both to our seller’s account and to the payment gateway, so that information is transmitted quickly and securely.
Are your bicycle fully assembled?
Yes, all bicycles are fully assembled and tested before delivery.
Can I request an invoice for my business?
Of course! Simply provide us with your enterprise number at the time of ordering and you will receive the invoice together with your bicycle.
Can I change my mind about the bicycle I ordered and return it?
If the bicycle is still in its original packaging and does not show any visible signs of use, we can either swap or take back your bicycle.
Delivery
Do you provide delivery?
Yes! Islandwide delivery is provided. Charges will be automatically computed based on your postal code (upon checkout).
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges range from $20-$30 depending on your location. We only charge by per trip. If you purchase more than 1 bike, you only pay for a single delivery fee.
When can I expect to receive my bicycle after purchase?
Usually within 3-5 days (if the item is in stock) for our normal delivery, we also have a next day delivery option. We will contact you before delivery.
Are your bicycle fully assembled?
Yes, all bicycles are fully assembled and tested before delivery.
Does it come in a box?
No, as all bicycles are fully assembled, they do not come in packed in boxes. However, bikes’ frames will be wrapped up in packaging bubble wraps.
Any Warranty Policy?
We cover a 1-month standard warranty for any faults affecting the normal functionality of the bicycle. Repairs or replacements of parts will be done by bringing the bicycle to our office location prior to contacting us at least 1 working day before dropping by.
Any Exchange Policy?
We allow a 1 to 1 exchange policy within 7 days from the date of purchase. The bicycle must be in original packaging and shows no sign of rough usage. All exchanges will be subjected to stock availability. Exchange can be done at our office prior to contacting us at least 1 working day before dropping by.
